Birmingham, United Kingdom (I)

Day 12

The following pictures are indeed captured in the developed and modern city of Birmingham. Back to Backs, a historic house museum area in today’s cosmopolitan city symbolising the urbanisation of industrial towns in England back in 19th century.

Classic.

Vintage.

Survival.

Nostalgia.

This is only a small part of the area of Back to Backs. Back in 19th century, the court was occupied by workers with different skills for example leatherwork, woodwork, glasswork and more. Pre-booked tours available and please do that as slots are always selling fast.

Birmingham’s history in trading has made its outstanding characteristics as an international city. Besides Back to Backs, I would recommend Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery a must-visit place to learn more about the city’s charm.

Love,
M&M
